The ideal candidate will be located in St. Johns County, Florida and have experience with home building and residential real estate marketing. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain social media accounts for clients (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Attend local events to network and promote clients
- Take high-quality photos and videos for use in marketing materials
- Write engaging and effective copy for various marketing materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet client needs
Requirements:
- Active and engaged on social media
- Familiar with home building and residential real estate
- Strong photography and video skills
- Knowledge of St. Johns County and its communities
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the St. Johns County area
