The explosive demand for sanitizing services during the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak brought a host of fly-by-night players to commercial cleaning market. Sunshine Building Maintenance, has been around for more than 40 years. Their teams were better trained and equipped. They needed to break through the noise and assert their leadership.

CHALLENGE

Although familiar with the company, many businesses and organizations in the Denver area did not know what Sunshine could offer in terms of disinfection services for their facilities and why it was better.

SOLUTION

With a tongue-in-cheek reference to a popular movie, our campaign compared Sunshine environmental services with military type of operations against the invisible enemy. We led the engagement on multiple fronts: search engine marketing, email, organic social media posts and paid ads.

RESULTS

The emblem we designed for the Germbusters campaign became a sign of professionally done sanitization. It gave additional confidence to employees and customers entering the reopened buildings. Sunshine positioned themselves among Denver’s leading institutions in the fight against the coronavirus.
